One-to-One & Couples Sessions - Online via Video
Therapy is based on a person-centred, integrative approach, the sessions take place in a safe, secure video platform on a one-to-one or couples basis, this ensures that the therapist can tailor the treatment to best suit the needs of the individual or couple.
Sessions are typically 50 minutes for individuals and 1 hour for couples, usually on a weekly basis. The duration of therapy is based on the needs of the individual or couple, as some may benefit from a small number of sessions, and others may feel they need a little more time to work on the issues of concern.
Therapy covers such issues as but not limited to:
Anger Management, Anxiety, Bereavement & Loss, Coping Difficulties, Depression, Emotional Abuse, General, Couples Counselling, Relationship Issues, Self-confidence, Self-Esteem, LGBTQI+, Gender & Sexuality, Suicide Ideation and Work Related Issues.
